Job Overview

  • The Senior Structural/Civil Engineer position is a key leadership role that drives the technical design and communication of our consulting services.
  • This senior-level position oversees other Structural/Civil Engineers in the execution and effective communication of structural and civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mentor professional teams to ensure seamless registration with relevant authorities and optimal project delivery.
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain efficient processes, policies, and procedures for structural and civil engineering projects.
  3. Analyse complex information to improve existing practices, develop new approaches, and enhance overall project outcomes.
  4. Provide exceptional client service, formulate suitable solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
  5. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to drive innovation and excellence.
  6. Lead and manage work effectively, determine priorities, and meet deadlines to achieve strategic objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated eligibility for registration with Engineers Australia within the Structural and Civil areas of practice.
  • Registration on the National Engineers Register.
  • Compliance with the Professional Engineers Registration Act 2019 (Vic).
  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar role, with significant experience in structural and civil engineering.
