Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the executive team, including coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and other tasks as needed.
  • Insurance and Risk Management: Manage insurance policies, claims, and risk management initiatives to minimize exposure and ensure compliance.
  • Contract and Policy Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and policies with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payment and collection of invoices.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Research and Development: Collaborate with the research and development team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new technologies and systems.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Technology and Operations: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology systems, including Zendesk, to ensure seamless customer support and data management.
  • Data Management: Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support through proactive issue resolution and timely communication.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in financial management, administrative support, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
