Administrative Support Specialist

PERSOLKELLY is a leading workforce solutions provider in APAC, delivering quality temporary and permanent options. Our client, a renowned organization in Australia, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Melbourne office team.
This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to Japanese expatriates, including performing a wide range of duties such as data entry, report preparation, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, particularly in production or IC or merchandise or buying administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collecting key information and performing data entry tasks
- Preparing and analyzing reports
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional departments
- Raising Purchase Orders and updating the system
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support as required
The successful candidate will possess:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office suite
- Adept at paying attention to details, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks
- Proactive attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
