We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our property is maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation, while leading and supporting the housekeeping team.

About the Role:

  • Supervising day-to-day housekeeping operations
  • Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure standards are met
  • Allocating tasks and managing rosters
  • Training, supporting, and motivating team members
  • Maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies when needed
  • Responding promptly to guest requests and feedback
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS and hygiene requirements

About You:

  • Proven experience in housekeeping or supervisory role (hotel or hospitality preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work Sundays (mandatory)
  • Available to work 6 days a week (minimum 5 days), 10:00am - 3:00pm
