Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to underserved communities worldwide.
Job Description:You will be embedded with the Kuiper business team, focusing on supporting commercial customer and partner deals across APAC. This role involves structuring, drafting, and negotiating various agreements, as well as counseling the business team on legal issues related to Kuiper's customer and partner contracts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- License to practice law in Australia (preferred)
- Experience in a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent
- Ability to work independently while contributing successfully to cross-functional teams
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and build processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.
