Job OverviewThis role is part of our Trade Counter team in Perth, assisting plumbers and tradespeople with accessing essential products for their projects. As a member of this team, you'll be responsible for maintaining a smooth-running branch operation.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and product information
- Provide quotes both in-person and over the phone
- Perform tasks such as pick-packing, stock control, and maintaining a clean work environment
- Maintain accurate records and information
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles, with excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask, maintain shop floor displays, and provide accurate product information
- Holds a valid driver's licence (pre-hire checks conducted) and is willing to work various shifts, including weekends
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
