About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Technician to join our team in Melbourne. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers across Melbourne and occasionally interstate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calibration and set-up of sensors, scanners, and automation equipment
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues on-site
  • Servicing and repairs on various sizes and models of AGV forklifts
  • Non-specialized mechanical repairs
  • Mast regreasing and chain replacement
  • Wheel bearing service and replacement
  • Diagnosing and replacing power and control fuses
  • Drive and load wheel replacement
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Mechanical or Electrical forklift technician is required
  • Hydraulics and/or pneumatics experience is desirable
  • High-quality customer service and communication skills
  • Commitment to health and safety compliance
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and solutions-focused
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Current driver's license
