Your Key Responsibilities

  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers and help them identify their skills and abilities to secure employment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the employment process.
  • Work closely with job seekers to create and implement joint job plans, supporting a clear pathway to employment.
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organizations to maximize job opportunities for job seekers.

What You'll Need

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
