Cleaning and Store Maintenance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to join our dynamic team at Coles Supermarkets. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Using various equipment and cleaning products to clean shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, regardless of the weather.

We are looking for someone who is physically fit, able to work autonomously and in a team setting, and has a keen eye for detail and cleanliness. If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for working safely, we encourage you to apply.
