Job Title: Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team on a full-time basis. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will assist the Head Chef in various operations, ensuring seamless food preparation, presentation, and service delivery.

  • Flexible hours available
  • Expected salary: $76,515 - $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimise kitchen setup, master recipes and ensure efficient food preparation
  • Supervise and support fellow cooks as required
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and uphold kitchen policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Advanced Diploma or relevant studies
  • At least 3 years' experience as a chef

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in hygiene and food safety standards
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced kitchen environments
