**Job Responsibilities:**

- Learn the Salesforce platform and configure the nCino system to meet client needs
- Work closely with clients to evaluate their processes, policies, and infrastructure, configuring the nCino system for maximum efficiency
- Oversee all aspects of software implementation projects lasting 10-16 weeks
- Manage daily project loads across three to four concurrent clients and address project-related queries in a timely manner
- Identify client risks, needs, and potential obstacles to mitigate large issues
- Write two customer-facing articles per quarter on challenges faced and solutions implemented during the implementation process
- Create project plans and lead regular status meetings for each client
- Train customers on nCino software usage as part of the implementation process
- Assist customers with user acceptance testing of the nCino Bank Operating System
- Support customers during the go-live process, managing the handoff to the nCino Support and Customer Success Team

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Required:
- Minimum 6 years' experience in the financial industry; specifically, commercial or SBA lending background and familiarity with banking language and processes
- Excellent communication skills and innovative problem-solving ability
- Proven ability to interact with customers professionally, positively, and constructively; comfortable with public speaking and leading meetings
- Ability and motivation to learn quickly and independently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, projects, and workload to meet project deadlines
- Strong analytical mindset; able to observe client processes and analyze how the nCino product benefits them
- Strong leadership skills; previous managerial and project management experience preferred
- Ability to present project information to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with Asia-Pacific banking regulations and governance
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
- Fluent English; additional language fluency preferred, including Spanish, German, and/or French
- Ability to work outside standard business hours as necessary
