About the Opportunity

  • The role is focused on driving sales results within an established client base, with a key emphasis on effectively leveraging existing relationships to drive business growth.
  • Key responsibilities will include evaluating and securing new business opportunities across the territory, while also providing professional marketing support to partners to enhance their business prospects.
  • Consultation and education on current trends and consumer insights will be a critical aspect of this role, with a view to increasing client traffic and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

  • Maintaining a strong brand image at every point of sale will be essential in ensuring the company's reputation is upheld.

About You

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the Hair Care industry would be highly advantageous, although not essential. A strong sales background and a proven ability to communicate and negotiate at a high level are crucial.
  • Strong commercial acumen, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, will be necessary to succeed in this position.
  • Proven self-motivation, with a passion for driving new business and delivering sales results, is also essential.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred, although not mandatory.
