Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our Radiology Commercial team.

  • Drive SCM Topics for Radiology: Facilitate communication and collaboration on planning-related topics to align operations with commercial objectives.
  • Supply and Demand Planning : Collaborate with the planning team to create and execute high-quality supply and demand plans, balancing forecasts and actuals to optimize inventory levels.
  • Molecular Imaging Operational Planning: Take hands-on responsibility for strategic planning of the Molecular Imaging portfolio, including purchase order management and coordination with suppliers.
  • Spares Supplies Coordination : Manage the Distribution Center to ensure timely delivery of spare supplies, coordinating with local Service Engineers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee key supply chain metrics such as Customer Fill Rate (CFR) and On-Time, In-Full (OTIF), addressing obsolescence issues.
  • S&OP Process Engagement : Participate in the S&OP process to align strategic planning with operational execution through proactive engagement with cross-functional teams

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and planning operations, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, mature business ethics, and ability to handle challenging situations effectively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or financial discipline; a postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
  • 5-7 years of supply chain experience in a global supply chain setting.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and planning operations.
  • Digital mindset with knowledge of supply chain systems.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Mature business ethics and understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and change management approaches.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
