About The Role

As Global Supply Chain Manager, you will report to the Head of Supply Chain and Logistics and support the design and lead the next evolution of Spacetalk's international supply chain.

This role has a truly global remit—building the network, systems, and processes that will power our expansion into a dozen new countries via Shopify, Amazon, and future channels.

You will architect compliant, tax-efficient fulfilment models, optimise our Cin7 and finance-integrated S&OP workflows, and unlock speed, visibility, and efficiency across our supply chain operations.

With a focus on margin improvement, risk mitigation, and expansion readiness, you will drive strategic decisions while implementing practical, scalable solutions that keep pace with a rapidly growing technology business.

About You

You're not a traditional corporate supply chain leader—you're a builder, problem-solver, and growth enabler.

You thrive in fast-moving, high-complexity environments where priorities shift, markets open quickly, and your ability to adapt creates an advantage. You're self-motivated, commercially minded, and see constraints as opportunities to innovate.

You bring a global mindset—comfortable managing multiple entities, tax jurisdictions, and diverse compliance requirements—while staying hands-on enough to optimise systems and processes yourself when needed.

You're resilient, proactive, and energised by the idea of learning a decade's worth of growth in a single year. You balance detail orientation with big-picture thinking, and you're driven by the challenge of creating supply chain systems that can scale at pace without sacrificing quality, compliance, or margin.

You're tech-savvy (Cin7, Shopify, Amazon, automation platforms), commercially minded, and passionate about creating supply chains that enable rapid growth while protecting margin.

Requirements

Essential

• 7+ years' experience in supply chain management with global remit
• Proven experience designing multi-market fulfilment networks (tax, compliance, entity structuring)
• Advanced experience with Cin7 ERP and integrations with finance (S&OP)
• Strong understanding of Shopify, Amazon, and multi-channel fulfilment operations
• Track record of optimising inventory planning through data and analytics
• Commercial mindset with ability to link supply chain decisions to margin and cash flow
  
  

Highly Desirable

• Experience in AI or automation of supply chain workflows
• Exposure to high-growth technology, consumer electronics, or eCommerce businesses
• Strong background in risk assessment, compliance, and expansion readiness planning
• Experience in codifying best practices into scalable playbooks
