Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Brand Communications Strategist to lead our brand and consumer practice, working with top brands to develop bold, culturally relevant campaigns that cut through the noise and inspire audiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading high-profile accounts, guiding integrated campaigns across brand storytelling, consumer engagement, creative, social, influencer, and digital. You will provide senior counsel and act as a trusted partner to C-suite stakeholders.

You will drive business growth through client development and new opportunities, manage account profitability, budgets, and resourcing effectively, and mentor, inspire, and develop diverse teams across levels and disciplines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years' experience in brand/consumer communications, marketing, or PR
  • Proven success leading large accounts and integrated campaigns
  • Strong track record in creative storytelling, influencer & digital strategy
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing multimillion-dollar accounts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to inspire, lead, and grow high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of culture, consumer trends, and brand reputation
