**Job Overview:**

Civil supervisors play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of civil infrastructure projects. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Supervisor to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Adequately adopt company policies and procedures, upholding integrity, professionalism, and responsibility;
  • Promote and cultivate a positive workplace culture among team members;
  • Maintain safety standards and prioritize safety with the team and site personnel.

**Work Health Safety & Environment:

We require a Civil Supervisor who will:

  • Review and approve Job Safety Assessments (JSAs) for the site, meeting safety and health requirements;
  • Oversee the handling, use, storage, transport, and disposal of waste construction materials;
  • E nsure compliance with all company policies and procedures, with the authority to stop work if unsafe conditions are observed.

**Operational Requirements:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning operational requirements for civil infrastructure projects, including resource and material allocation, mobilisation plans, and contingency plans. Additionally, they will:

  • Provide daily reports on project progress and liaise with our representative;
  • E nsure compliance with client access requirements, authorisations, and permits;
  • Represent us in on-site discussions with clients and third-party visitors.

**Reporting and Administration:

The Civil Supervisor will be required to submit daily site reports accurately and promptly, as well as maintain site cleanliness and report safety matters accurately and promptly.

**People Management Responsibilities:

We seek a Civil Supervisor who can build and manage a team, supporting the development of Leading Hands, Civil Operators, Trades Assistants, and Labourers. They should also coach and guide team members in areas of development and training.
