Site Coordinator

A dynamic and collaborative role offering a sense of purpose and opportunities for professional growth.
- Visit post locations to monitor performance, address operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, adjust staffing schedules as needed, and conduct post inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and review post orders, routine responsibilities, and emergency response procedures.
- Respond to call-offs during shifts by identifying replacements or standing in until they arrive.
- Identify personnel problems at posts and forward issues to Operations Manager and/or Corporate Human Resources Director.
- Administer counseling or disciplinary actions initiated by Branch Manager and/or Corporate HR Director.
- Distribute information to posts as directed by Branch or Corporate office.
- Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensing requirements vary by state and/or local laws.
- Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and no major violations within the last 36 months.
- Minimum three years of professional protective service experience.
- Ability to write effective reports in legible handwriting.
- Independent judgment and discretion, outstanding oral and written communication skills, and ability to interact successfully at all levels of the organization.
