Job Opportunity

A great opportunity to work on civil projects.

The company is seeking a Graduate / Site Engineer to join their team as part of their informal Graduate Program.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working on tenders
  • Planning and scheduling of construction activities
  • Management of site project teams safely
  • Quality Assurance, Cost and Time Management
  • Preparation of management reports
  • Resolving site issues in a timely manner
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinating internal and external resources
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
  • 0-2+ years' experience in managing civil construction projects
  • Project management qualifications will be advantageous
  • Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and delegate
  • Effective problem solving abilities
  • Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
