About the Role

Cire Early Learning is seeking Early Learning Educators to join our collaborative team at our brand new Yarra Junction Hub.

As an Early Learning Educator, you will be part of a professional team dedicated to creating positive experiences for the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire children through interest-focused activities and play-based learning.
  • Nurture meaningful partnerships with families, children, and educators.
  • Encourage children to express themselves creatively and develop their self-confidence.
  • Learn and be guided by the Reggio Emilia approach to early learning.

Requirements

  • ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (Certificate III minimum) or working towards.
  • Previous experience in the care of pre-school aged children.
  • Dedicated to supporting the development and wellbeing of children.
  • Ability to effectively engage with children and their families.
  • Understand Child Safe Standards obligations.
  • Comfortable working within the National Quality and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks.
  • Currently hold or willing to undertake a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
