We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary is in line with industry standards and reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

Job Description

As an Early Learning Educator at Cire Early Learning, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs to children aged 0-5 years. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children;
  • Establishing positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
  • Contributing to a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social well-being;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Reggio Emilia approach;
  • Monitoring and evaluating children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and adjusting programs accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved);
  • Previous experience working with young children, preferably in an early childhood education setting;
  • Demonstrated ability to establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals;
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
