Job Role: Heavy Vehicle Truck Washer

This is a key position within our organisation, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and operational standards of our fleet of heavy vehicles.

The primary equipment you will be washing will be 60-meter road train combinations.

  • Perform exterior washing, interior cleaning and undercarriage rinsing of heavy vehicles using high-pressure equipment and cleaning agents
  • Ensure proper handling of equipment and cleaning solutions to prevent damage to vehicles and maintain a safe working environment
  • Comply with workplace health and safety regulations at all times
  • Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on washing equipment to ensure proper functionality
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the timely and efficient cleaning of the fleet

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, familiarity with high-pressure washers and other cleaning equipment, a great attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, physical fitness to handle manual tasks and operate cleaning equipment, a valid driver's license and knowledge of safety protocols and handling cleaning chemicals.
