Accounts Receivable Officer

As a key member of the Marriott Hotels team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions.

Position Summary:

  • Ensure all accounts receivable accounts have a completed credit application form in their file and their credit references checked.
  • Process invoices with corresponding back-ups in a timely manner.
  • Post, edit, balance and update the accounts receivable ledger in the system.
  • Ensure accurate processing and allocation of credit card payments.
  • Balancing daily transfers to City Ledger, posting, editing and updating into the system.
  • Assist in other general accounting functions as needed or required by the Finance team.
