Global Account Manager, Insurance

**About the Role**
Chubb is a world leader in insurance, providing commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, personal accident and supplemental health insurance, reinsurance and life insurance to a diverse group of clients. As an underwriting company, we assess, assume and manage risk with insight and discipline. We service and pay our claims fairly and promptly.
**Your Responsibilities**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing account management services to allocated global accounts from the multinational portfolio and managing the end-to-end process in accordance with the global services department guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with assistant client service executives to guide and support them in account handling activities.
- Supporting Chubb's business development and client relationship activities.
- Account handling and supporting global client executives and underwriters on relevant account activities.
- Ensuring renewal terms are obtained from controlling underwriters and information passed to and agreed with the local client/broker as necessary.
- Communicating and building relationships with underwriters, clients, brokers, Chubb offices and other external parties.
- Working within the framework of Chubb's ethical and service standards.
- Assisting with ongoing projects that are identified throughout a given year for better improvement to the global services department.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 to 5 years prior insurance and reinsurance industry knowledge across all commercial lines.
- Proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook to an intermediate level of understanding.
- Ability to interpret information and strong problem-solving skills.
- Presentation and training skills.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to be capable of dealing with all levels of Chubb personnel, Chubb clients and/or brokers.
