Warehouse Support Officer

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Support Officer to join our team in Coopers Plains.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in a warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Support Officer, you will be responsible for operating a forklift, picking and packing customer orders, loading and unloading trucks, ensuring goods are packed securely for safe delivery, performing quality and quantity checks, and maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating a Forklift: You will be required to operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move goods around the warehouse.
  • Picking and Packing: You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Loading and Unloading Trucks: You will be required to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Quality and Quantity Checks: You will be responsible for performing quality and quantity checks to ensure that goods are accurate and complete.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Tidy Warehouse: You will be required to maintain a clean and tidy warehouse, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing stock.
Requirements
  • Australian Forklift Licence: You must have a valid Australian forklift licence.
  • Previous Experience: You must have previous experience in a warehouse or stores role.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Communication Skills: You must have confident communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Computer Skills: You must have solid computer skills.
