As an Operational Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Resort Management team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our resorts.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Procurement of essential items, including consumables, food, beverages, and linen
  • Daily banking reconciliation and payment management
  • Follow-up on outstanding documentation and tasks with department heads
  • Assistance in conducting OH&S and Quality Assurance audits
  • Providing general support throughout the property under the direction of the Resort General Manager
