The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Pastoral Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Pastoral Care Manager to provide emotional and spiritual support to our clients, their families, and staff.
As a key member of our care team, you will utilize your pastoral expertise to coach and support staff, volunteers, and clients in their spiritual journeys. Your strong understanding of people living with dementia, grief, and bereavement will be invaluable in this role.
About You- Strong personal and active Christian faith, with church involvement
- Theological/Pastoral Care qualifications and experience
- Demonstrated capacity to care for and enhance the wellbeing of those in need
- Highly developed communication skills, including listening, compassion, and empathy
- Experience leading and supporting a team
- Strong administrative and computer skills
