About The Role
This permanent full-time position is a key part of our care delivery team. As a Pastoral Care Coordinator, you will utilise your expertise to support the emotional and spiritual needs of our clients, their families, and staff.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support staff and volunteers to enhance the wellbeing of our clients
- Develop and implement pastoral care programs to meet the needs of our clients
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
About You
- Strong understanding of dementia, grief, and bereavement
- Active Christian faith and church involvement
- Theological/Pastoral Care qualifications and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
