Senior Financial Professional

This role offers an opportunity to take the next step in your career as a Senior Financial Professional, overseeing all financial aspects of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Project Financial Management: managing project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and project analysis.
  • Cash Flow and Treasury Management: Oversee funding requirements to ensure liquidity across projects and manage financial risk.
  • Process Improvement & Strategic Support: Implement processes and internal controls for financial operations.
  • Finance Team Leadership and Management: Support and manage the Project and Financial Accounting Team.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in senior finance roles within real estate finance, investment or property development.

Requirements:
  • CPA/CA qualified.
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, project financials, and cash flow management, funds management and/or capital raising.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.

The successful candidate will have the autonomy to take this newly created role and make it their own.

Work on a high-profile project with a hands-on CFO and support from a wider Finance Team.

Remuneration Package:
  • A competitive salary package based on skillset and experience up to $200k.
