Advanced Data Analysis Position

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our analytics team as Senior Analysts. Our ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, supporting policy development with a strong background in statistical modelling techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the extraction, cleansing, and preparation of data from multiple sources.
- Oversee updates to and development of performance monitoring frameworks and models.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and scheme projection models.
- Perform deep dives and risk assessments.
- Manage ad hoc modelling requests and report production.
- Develop key analysis and insights tailored to stakeholders.
- Support junior staff in their professional growth and development.
The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder engagement and team management skills with the ability to communicate complex data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills:- Proficiency in R or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL / SAS programming for data handling.
- Knowledge of statistical modelling techniques including GLM and gradient boosting.
- Experience solving open-ended business problems.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to develop visualisations and reporting for non-technical stakeholders.
