As a key member of our early childhood education team, you will be responsible for developing and fostering meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. You will support and guide children's learning while developing your career and knowledge within the childcare sector.

About this role:

  • You will ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Facilitate learning experiences for your designated group of children
  • Assist in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests, and preferences
  • Design and implement activities to be included in children's developmental programs
  • Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment

About you:

You are a creative and inspired educator with a passion to lead and develop age-specific programs and routines. You will be a collaborative team member, working to build strong relationships with educators, children, and families.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • A recognised Certificate III or higher
  • Experience leading and developing age-specific programs and routines
  • An approved Working with Children Check
  • Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
