Job Title: Leadership and Management Trainer and Assessor

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Leadership and Management Trainer and Assessor to join our team on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in training and assessment, with experience in delivering BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality training sessions to students;
  • To assess student work and provide feedback;
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and performance;
  • To participate in course development and revision;
  • To contribute to the ongoing improvement of the training program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or related field;
  • BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification;
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High level of organisation and time management skills.
