**Company Overview**

Our client is opening up a CRICOS registered college and is seeking qualified Vocational Trainers and Assessors with experience in training and assessment in delivering BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management training.

**Qualifications and other requirements**
- Hold a BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification
- Hold a TAE40116 Certificate lV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 including TAELLN411 and TAEASS502
- Relevant/Current Industry work experience post qualifications.
- Be able to demonstrate industry experience/currency.
- Evidence of maintaining professional development in the VET sector
- Be able to demonstrate trainer matrix relevant to the course
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of current industry standards and practices

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: From $100.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification (required)
- TAE40116 Certificate lV in Training and Assessment (preferred)
- Industry Currency (preferred)
- Professional Development (preferred)
- Trainer Matrix (preferred)
