Workforce Readiness Consultant

As a consultant for workforce readiness, you will be assisting people with disabilities to achieve their employment goals. This includes developing tailored plans, identifying career objectives, and coordinating work experience placements.

You will also engage with various external employers and providers to promote our services and secure job opportunities for participants. To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in Employment Services, NDIS, education or youth work.

In addition to your expertise, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, the ability to meet performance targets, and a passion for working with diverse groups of people.
