Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Consultant to join our team at SMS Professional. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborate with sales teams to secure new projects, and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical teams and provide guidance on architecture design, strategy, and implementation. Ensure that all technical solutions meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Team Management: Mentor and develop junior consultants, provide training and support, and ensure that the team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT, such as CCIE, CISSP, CCNA, Azure Architect, Microsoft, Citrix, Fortinet, or ITIL 4.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of managing projects and leading technical teams in an MSP environment.
  • Skills: Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Linux, Security, and Automation, with strong strategic thinking and customer service skills.
