About our Care Team

Pearl Home Care is a leading provider of in-home aged and disability care services in Western Australia. Our team of experienced Support Workers/Caregivers play a vital role in enabling clients to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and dressing
  • Facilitating daily tasks, including food preparation and housework
  • Providing transportation for clients to appointments and shopping

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience working in the aged care and/or disability sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Working Requirements:

  • Casual shifts, including day shift, evening shift, weekends, public holidays and on-call duties
