Work Injury Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in delivering high-quality return-to-work outcomes, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and staff at all levels.

This 6-month contract position presents an opportunity to work closely with our client in managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims. If you are passionate about return-to-work and have experience in similar roles, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage new workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution
  • Develop and implement strategies for injured employees to return to work
  • Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with workers' compensation legislations
  • Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to employees on return-to-work policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (1 year+)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workers' compensation legislations
  • Return to Work Coordinator certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

  • Full-time, 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday)
  • No weekends or overtime required
