Disability Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Worker to support an adult with autism in a dynamic and supportive environment.

  • Assist with daily living activities, including cooking, gardening, craft activities, music, and outdoor pursuits;
  • Implement behaviour therapy plans and provide ongoing support for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder;
  • Work collaboratively with community supports to ensure the individual's needs are met;
  • Participate in team leading opportunities and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture;

Key Requirements:

  • Working with Children Check;
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check;
  • First Aid Certificate;
  • CPR Certificate;
  • Medication competence;

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, knowledge of Restrictive Practices, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
