About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Robert Plumb Management Pty Ltd. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of residential construction projects in Northern NSW.

Your primary focus will be on managing the full lifecycle of each project, from tender and planning to completion. This will involve ensuring contract terms are fully executed, monitoring project progress against the contract program, and working closely with the site team and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

You will also be responsible for identifying critical decisions and project milestones, providing timely direction to key stakeholders, and assisting in the development and ongoing management of the project program. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the project budget, including cost reporting, forecasting, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of each project, from tender and planning to completion.
  • Ensure contract terms are fully executed and monitor project progress against the contract program.
  • Work closely with the site team and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Identify critical decisions and project milestones and provide timely direction to key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and ongoing management of the project program.
  • Monitor and control the project budget, including cost reporting, forecasting, and invoicing.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in construction management or project management, with a qualification in a relevant field such as construction management or architecture. You will also need to have demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

You will need to be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, you will need to have experience using project management software and Microsoft Office, and hold a driver's license and own vehicle.
