We are seeking a skilled Energy Market Specialist to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of the Australian energy market.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Australian energy market fundamentals, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct data-driven analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.

- Develop and maintain advanced models and tools for data visualization and forecasting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

- Prepare insightful reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Energy Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

- Proven experience in energy market analysis or a similar role within the energy industry.

- Proficiency in R, Matlab, Python, Java, and SQL for data analysis and modeling.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
