Digital & Performance Marketing

Creates seamless, conversion-led customer journeys with Digital and CX teams.

Provides insights to optimise channel mix, marketing efficiency, and ROI.

Establishes frameworks and dashboards that embed a culture of accountability and results across the marketing team.

Commercial Decision Making

Reports campaign performance from channel attribution through to pipeline and P&L impact.

Mentors and lifts the team's commercial acumen, digital capability, and performance focus.

Cross-functionally collaborates with Sales, Product, Finance, Digital, and external agencies to deliver cohesive programs.
