$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

As an Automation Solutions Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving business efficiencies and innovation across the organization. You'll work closely with business teams to identify and implement automation opportunities, driving seamless end-to-end solutions and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with process owners to document as-is processes and design optimized automation solutions.
  • Oversee automation initiatives from discovery and analysis to testing, training, and final implementation.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform data analysis to identify opportunities and present findings with actionable recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Desired qualifications in Business Technology or Business Analysis.Proven background in process improvement, automation, or technology-enabled solutions, with experience in managing multiple initiatives end-to-end.Proficiency in BPMN process mapping, data analysis, and project management methodologies.Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
