Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technician to provide high-quality service and support to our customers in the Perth region. As a field service technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing your time efficiently, and anticipating customer needs.

You will work independently, using advanced tools and technology to diagnose and repair equipment. Our national coordination team and dedicated supervisors will provide ongoing support and guidance.

This role involves extensive travel throughout the Perth region, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch service to customers through breakdown repairs, fault finding, and servicing.
  • Utilize advanced tools and technology to manage your schedule efficiently.
  • Travel extensively throughout the Perth region, anticipating a high level of mobility (approximately 90% of the time).
Requirements:
  • Mechanical trade certificate (all mechanical trades considered).
  • Experience in fixed or mobile plant equipment, agricultural machinery, automotive, or similar areas.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Commitment to safe work practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to undergo pre-employment medical assessments, drug screenings, and referee checks.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
