Fitter or mechanical technician preferred. Experience in hydraulics and mechanical trades is an advantage.

The Role:

As a mobile service technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field service and repairing plant and machinery to our customers. You will provide solutions and build relationships with a variety of customers.

This is a hands-on role that involves travel to sites within Bunbury and surrounding areas. You must reside near Bunbury or be willing to relocate. A current manual driver's license and willingness to obtain a light rigid (LR) license are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent, accurate, high-quality field service and repair plant and machinery to customers
  • Provide solutions and build relationships with customers
  • Travel to sites within Bunbury and surrounding areas
  • Work overtime as required, including participating in a 24-hour on-call roster

Requirements:

  • Trade or field services experience in fitter/mechanical background and/or hydraulics
  • Ability to operate machinery, use tools, and measuring devices accurately
  • Good numeracy, verbal, and written skills
  • Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
  • Desire to be a team player
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and solve problems
  • Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Safe Work Practices
  • Current manual driver's license and willingness to obtain an LR license
  • Flexibility with working hours, including after-hours availability
