Hepatitis B Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead our Hepatitis B Service System initiative. This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive service that connects people living with hepatitis B to care.
About the Role:
- Contribute to the design and delivery of a service pilot program, focusing on peer, social, and community support for individuals living with hepatitis B.
- Collaborate with community and peer organizations to develop resources, information, and pathways for the service.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients referred to the service, working through interpreters where required.
Your Qualifications:
- You have lived experience of hepatitis B and a proven track record of working with community and peer support organizations.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of the social, cultural, and other challenges faced by people living with hepatitis B.
- You excel in interpersonal skills and can work with sensitivity and respect with people from diverse backgrounds.
