Key Industrial Relations/Employment Lawyer Position

Established employment law firms seek skilled Industrial Relations/Employment Lawyers to develop and execute strategic plans, advise on compliance and manage claims effectively.
- Develop expertise in labour relations, advising clients on best practices for workplace management and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and provide commercial advice.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- 3-6 years of experience in a reputable law firm or company, with strong industrial relations/employment law credentials.
- Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge to interpret complex laws and regulations.
- Experience in managing and developing talent, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. You will report directly to the Head of Industrial Relations/Employment Law and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
