Report directly to the Head of Industrial Relations / Employment Law.
This in-house role will suit an experienced Industrial Relations / Employment Lawyer with 3++ years PAE gained at a reputable law firm / company in a strong IR / ER practice.
Work on a range of employment law matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, and general protection.
Work will also involve regulatory and government work, work on EBAs and providing general advice.
You may also have experience with providing education and training and managing claims.
To be successful in this role, you should be commercially minded with strong technical skills.
