We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations/Employment Lawyer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to take on a position of substantial responsibility and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a range of employment law matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, and general protection;">
  • Work on regulatory and government work, drafting and reviewing Employment Benefit Agreements (EBAs) and providing general advice;">
  • Manage claims and provide education and training to employees;">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical skills and commercial acumen, with experience working in a similar IR/ER practice at a reputable law firm or company.
