Operational Team Leadership Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of Forensic Officers. The Operational Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and leading the team to deliver high-quality support and services to clients.

  • Supervise and lead a team of Forensic Officers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to carry out their duties.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of general health and fitness to undertake the physical demands of the role.
  • Approve rosters and leave for Forensic Officers, taking into account business needs and individual circumstances.
  • Deploy staff on a shift-by-shift basis and respond to staffing shortages, using effective problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly.
  • Perform continuous shift work across 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
