The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia is seeking an experienced leader to oversee our operations in the Northern Territory.
About the RoleThis full-time position is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of our services within the Territory.
The successful candidate will ensure the safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of services that directly impact the wellbeing of the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing operations team to achieve organisational goals.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to optimise resource use and deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable services.
- Champion excellence in service delivery through strong leadership, innovative practices, and robust operational planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders across the Territory.
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Operations, or other relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent relevant experience.
