
Sales Growth Strategist

This is a pivotal role in our organization where you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies.
About The PositionThe successful candidate will focus on cultivating a portfolio of customers within the kitchen design, custom joinery, and architectural & design space. The primary objective is to drive sales at a retail level while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering referrals into our Hobart store.
- Identify and implement new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the kitchen design, custom joinery, and A&D space
- Collaborate with customers to meet their evolving needs, including stocktake management, ongoing sales training, and tracking customer referrals
- Stay up-to-date with market knowledge and partner with suppliers for training events
- A proven track record in product-based B2B or B2C business development, with experience in developing new and existing customer relationships to achieve revenue targets
- A focus on architecture and design expertise
- Experience in kitchen, bathroom, and laundry appliances, or a design-led adjacent industry
- Ability to collaborate closely with internal and external partners
- A customer-centric mindset, prioritizing exceptional customer experiences
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
